Nowadays, a smartphone with a 5.5-inch display is generally seen with a minimum of 3000 mah battery that is considered to be decent enough. And when a phone tries to market itself for its big battery, it can easily be assumed that the said battery is not more than 4000 mah.
Although there are exceptions with Asus manufacturing phones with 5000 mah battery but then such phones are always seen on the costlier side. But imagine a phone that has a 5 inch Full HD display and a 4000 mah battery. Isn’t it a right kind of mix where a phone is both compact and has a big battery?
Well, Lenovo has just launched this kind of a phone recently that goes by the name Lenovo K6 Power. The name itself is a reflection of the big battery that this phone comes inherited with.
If we talk about Lenovo, then the first thing that comes to my mind is the credibility that the brand has earned for itself in terms of being counted amongst the most trusted smartphone brands in India that offers good smartphones at a much decent price along with better after-sales service. Such things are not seen with Indian smartphone brands who have a knack to hype their so called great smartphones but when it comes to practical usage, they lack even the basic things that a customer can appreciate.
Coming back to Lenovo K6 Power, the phone has a full metal build-up which is a norm in phones today falling in the price bracket of 10, 000 to 15, 000. There is a fingerprint scanner at the back and surprisingly the USB port is placed at the top, alongside the 3.5mm headphone jack.
With a 5 inch Full HD display at a PPI of 441, the brightness is good enough along with an equally good pixel density. The overall display quality is something that can be just termed as decent and not something from which you can draw many expectations.
As expected, the phone comes with an octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor that is clocked at 1.4GHz along with 3 GB RAM. The Snapdragon 430 processor is used frequently by the new smartphones. This is due to the fact that this particular processor is both powerful and has the capability to allow companies using it in their smartphones to charge a much lower price from customers.
In terms of camera, the K6 power has a 13 MP camera at its back with an 8 MP snapper on the front. Both cameras produce good color-rich photos even in low light conditions.
Finally coming to the battery which is a 4000 mah one, it can be considered as the biggest USP of the phone. Especially for the fact that since the smartphone has a smaller 5 Inch display, even in heavy usage your Lenovo K6 Power will last for a full day.
Although, Lenovo K6 power would face a great amount of competition from Redmi Note 3 as well as 4, but considering the fact that it comes from a very trusted and credible electronic brand, it will create its own unique space in the market.
